Understand the connected design

Magnetic charging and battery care
Switch the toy off and connect the matching magnetic USB lead to the charging contacts. Keep the contact area, cable and power source dry. Use the power source specified in the included instructions and disconnect the lead before use or cleaning.
The model’s illustration and video agree on approximately 1.5 hours to charge. Their runtime estimates differ: about one hour in the video and up to 1.5 hours in the illustration. Treat this as an estimated range, rather than a fixed promise: the active functions, selected patterns and battery condition can change the time between charges.
If charging does not start, check the alignment of the lead and follow the rose toy charging guide. A cable from another rose model may have different contact spacing; ask support to confirm a replacement.
Cleaning and storage
Clean the silicone surface according to the supplied instructions, including the petal edges, moving contact and cord junctions. Do not pull on the tongue or force objects into the mechanism. Dry the toy fully before putting it away or reconnecting the charger.
The original listing describes IPX7 water resistance. Follow the model’s supplied water-exposure limits; that rating does not make its charging lead or power supply waterproof. Do not charge near water or assume unlimited immersion is suitable.
Store the device switched off with the cord loosely arranged. Check the surface and connections for damage before use. A measured noise level is not provided, so this page does not promise silent operation.
